Hyderabad: Boating sports at the Hussain Sagar are prepared to sail onto a brand new level. The Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation (TSTDC) plans to provide tons greater for water sports and travel lovers in the city. The first of these plans is the release of a deluxe and high-speed boat, most probably in more than one day. The boats, which had been procured from Pune, are having trial runs as of now. These aside, TSTDC is also making plans to introduce a cruiser and a 70-seater boat to cater to the wishes of vacationers. TSTDC Managing Director B Manohar stated that boating facilities at the popular Hussain Sagar increased to cater to the growing tourist demand. “We are introducing new boats whenever required. Last year, American boats were launched in the lake,” he stated, adding that tenders were floated to create one cruiser and a 70-seat boat properly. These were expected to start operations in about four months. Boating in Hussain Sagar, which began in the overdue 1980s, presently has a network of five speedboats, three deluxe boats, and cruisers that function on the lake every day. Apart from this, the lake draws several water sports lovers for sailing. Over 10,000 tourists pass for boating within the lake on the weekends and vacations, whilst around three 000-five,000 avail of the power at some stage on weekdays.
Speed boats
